Vocabulary

- Quel âge as-tu ? — How old are you?
- J'ai … ans. — I am … years old.

Grammar
To give your age in French you use avoir (to have), not être (to be) — literally 'I have … years,' not 'I am … years.' This trips up almost every English speaker at first.
